It is a good place to make your shipments both as an individual as well as for companies, they are very responsible and reliable, the only thing that would improve is that it gets very crowded making the waiting times very long, there is no area where you can wait comfortably, so it would be good if they could have more collaborators receiving the merchandise that is going to be sent. From the rest, they are very friendly, it shows that they try to do it as quickly as possible, they are attentive and answer your questions without bothering you.

The service in this messaging company is terrible, 5 PQR for the same guide and they do not give a solution; the customer service lines are a bit of repetitive parrots based on a lousy computer system that know nothing and do not give the customer a solution. I do not recommend it and I hope that just as some people working in their company show on their networks, only 1 person of these is in charge or gives something of importance to my case.
