I am from the states, but I am moving from Cali, Colombia to Medellín in July. A Colombian friend of mine suggested TCC over DHL or Envia to send national packages. I went to send off a huge picture that I had framed. They told me that I need to buy styrofoam, and they would wrap it up and send it off. I went to La 14 which is right around the corner, and bough the styrofoam pieces I needed. They watched my picture while I was gone. The people were very helpful and careful while packaging it for me. All in all, it cost about 24.000 pesos to send a 6 kilo package to Medellín. I actually spent more for the packaging than the shipping. I will definitely be using them again. Everyone from the manager to the other employees were helpful and friendly. They even gave me free a cup of coca-cola while I waited. I would highly recommend them to anyone (especially to foreigners). They didn't speak English, but they had patience with me.
