Very bad I do not recommend using this company, the truth is that it makes the companies that send their merchandise out there look bad, in my particular case and as of the date I wrote this I have been waiting 2 days for a product that I bought in Falabella (I bought it the July 14 and I am writing this on the 20th of the same month) makes unnecessary stops (I even arrived and took a whole day in a city other than mine), none of the phones work. The tracking page is not constantly updated, nobody answers the online chat that it supposedly has. One comes to think, could it be that they really at least know where my shipment is?
