I highly recommend NOT doing business with TCC for international shipping purposes. I shipped a package from the U.S. to Medellin. According to the delivery person employed with TCC Medellin, he attempted to deliver my package but the business was closed when he attempted delivery. Interesting part is, the delivery address is an apartment building, not a business. My package sat at TCC Medellin for 5 days before I traveled there directly. My package was located after one hour of waiting. I was informed by the manager on duty of their policies. He informed, by policy, they attempt deliver only one time before simply leaving it in the warehouse. If the client does not travel to the warehouse, the package will be returned to sender following 30 days. I highly recommend customer service training and policy change to allow more than one attempt at delivery and to contact recipient via celular phone. Servientrega provides a much better service.
