It was the worst experience, I sent my pets because I had no way to travel with them, they ask for everything to be up to date and also a medical certificate that the pet is in perfect condition for the flight, but in the end they were treated as just another package, they were supposed to arrive at their destination in an hour and they spent the whole day in that process and the worst thing is that they didn't even give me information about them, nobody knew how they were doing, it was very sad, I thought the service was terrible, my cat arrived with the nose scraped and every time I called to ask for information about the flight or about my pets, they told me that I should call the airline they were going to fly with, knowing everything I scheduled quickly, they passed the ball to the airline.
